Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging along with the completed return form found on the back of your packing slip.

• 2.
  Attach the Return Label

  Affix the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided in your original shipment over any existing delivery labels on the outside of your box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or drop box; a return shipping fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original form of payment.
